The Children’s Ministry, is the children’s wing of the Church of Pentecost in Germany. They meet on Sundays mostly the same time the adult service is being held. The Children’s Ministry trains children along biblical principles which is aimed at training them to know the right way. “ Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” (Proverbs 22:6) KJV.

This includes lessons on Salvation, Worship and Obedience. It supports such training with games, quizzes and Sword Drills, among others. Additionally, the ministry trains the Children with the values and practices of the Church, organises camp meetings and carries out other specialised children-related activities.

The Children’s Ministry is devoted to ministering to the spiritual, physical and emotional needs of the Children in the Church. It is an important ministry which the Church is so passionate about. It is about serving and teaching the Children in the Church who are fragile in a sinful world and need to be well taught in the Holy Scriptures, which will make them wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus (2 Tim 3:15).  Bible lessons tailored to the needs of Children are prepared and administered by the teachers of the Ministry on Sundays during the Sunday School session.

The approach of the ministry is guided by the unadulterated teachings of the word of God, which is done in a more systematic way to make it more understandable to the Children. The Syllabus of the ministry is therefore designed as a tool or a manual for Sunday School Teachers which helps them to present their massage (word of God) so that the Children will have HEAD knowledge, HEART knowledge and the HANDS to do God’s will. It provides the necessary guidelines and curriculum for the children. The Lord through the Children ministry prepares the children to become born again, God fearing and responsible in society. The current National leader of the Children’s Ministry is Deaconess Pamela Ama Yanka assisted by Deaconess Lydia Appiah.
